In the event of a breach, we will notify all of our customers within 48 hours of ClikIT becoming aware of a credible breach incident. ClikIT will not notify any of your customers or website visitors that have submitted a form, we will only notify those that we have a direct relationship with.
Once we have been alerted to a credible breach, we will begin immediate investigations into the breach, which can include examining logs, hiring external investigators, and notifying law enforce and HHS.
