To upgrade your plan, you can do so one of two ways. The first way is through the setup wizard. The first step will ask you if you want to continue on the free plan or upgrade to a paid plan. If you select the paid plan, it will ask you for your details to upgrade and provide the instructions to install the free version.
If you select the free plan in the beginning, you can always upgrade later by clicking on the green upgrade button under the secure forms dropdown. From there you can select the blue upgrade not button.
