If there are no forms coming into the Secure Forms plugin, this could be caused by a multitude of reasons.
- An Invalid SSL certificate or SSL expired
- Secure Forms requires a valid SSL certificate to operate. If one is not installed or expired, Secure Forms will not operate due to it “breaking the chain” of encryption.
- Conflict between a plugin
- We’ve adhered to strict WordPress & PHP standards, and have made every effort to be compatible with all plugins, especially Forminator.
- No form(s) selected
- If there are no forms selected to be covered by the Secure Forms plugin, then no form data will be encrypted & passed through.
