When a form submission is made by a website visitor, it encrypts the submission, routes the response to our servers over 256 AES encryptions, encrypts it again in our Amazon RDS database and then we store it at rest. Using our plugin, you can then view all form submissions as it decrypts the data so you can view it all within our interface via our custom built API. Additionally, our plugin allows you to combine multiple forms into cohesive form packets, enhancing patient intake processes and operational effectiveness.

Our team also has gone through rigorous HIPAA Compliance training, and have received our certificates for it. As well, we’ve hired an outside security firm to audit the site. They identified some issues that we have fixed.
