Since its launch on September 26th, 2022, this system has been transforming the way we track customer requests. Today, we are proud to celebrate the logging of 1000 entries.
Since September 26th, 2022, we have successfully solved an average of 4.95 tickets per business day. “The Tracker” as it’s referred to internally has been a key part in ensuring that we’re setup for success. Even more, with the announcement of our new support email and helpdesk, we’re able to help our customers quicker!
